The Two Rainbows: A Tale of Identity and Redemption

In a world divided by conflicting visions of truth, six travelers journeyed under a fractured sky. Each carried a banner of color, claiming to represent love and freedom-yet their meanings clashed with an older, deeper covenant. What defines truth in a world where no right or wrong exist, where everyone is a law unto themselves? These travelers come face to face with the foundation of truth.

1. Red: Life vs. Sacrifice

The first traveler raised a red flag, shouting, “Red celebrates life! It’s our right to live authentically, to love who we choose, and to redefine our bodies as we please!” For many, red symbolized defiance against those who called their lifestyle sinful.

But a voice echoed from the heavens: “This is My blood, shed for you” (Matthew 26:28). True red-the blood of Christ-offers forgiveness to all who repent. “You claim autonomy, but I AM the Author of life. Your identity is found in Me, not your desires” (Acts 17:28).

2. Orange: Healing vs. Brokenness

The second traveler waved an orange flag. “This color heals the wounds of rejection! We create safe spaces where no one judges us for being gay or transgender.” They spoke of hormone therapies and pride parades as salves for pain.
Yet Christ whispered: “Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). Earthly remedies cannot heal the soul’s fracture caused by sin. Only His wounds bring true peace (1 Peter 2:24).

3. Yellow: Sunlight vs. The Son’s Light

The third traveler held a yellow banner high. “Yellow is our sunlight! We radiate self-love and reject shame. Trans joy is resistance!” They celebrated surgeries and pronouns as pathways to fulfillment. But the Lord declared: “I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness” (John 8:12). No earthly transition can fill the void meant for Me. True joy begins when you surrender to My design (Psalm 16:11).

4. Green: Nature vs. New Creation

The fourth traveler brandished a green flag. “Green honors nature! We’re born this way-God made me gay. My transgender body is natural!” They cited rain forests and diversity to justify their cause. Yet Scripture answered: “The heart is deceitful above all things” (Jeremiah 17:9). Fallen nature is not your guide. In Christ, you become a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17)-not a slave to innate desires.

5. Blue: Harmony vs. Holiness

The fifth traveler unfurled a blue flag. “Blue means harmony! Accept us as we are-love is love. Let kids transition if it brings peace!” They demanded society erase boundaries to affirm their truth. But God thundered: “I am holy; be holy, for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). My peace comes through repentance, not compromise. “Woe to those who call evil good” (Isaiah 5:20).

6. Purple: Spirit vs. Sovereignty

The sixth traveler lifted a purple banner. “Purple is our spirit! We’re spiritual, not religious. The queer community is our church!” They invoked “authenticity” as their highest virtue. Yet the King of kings proclaimed: “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). Your spirit will wander until you kneel before My throne. “Every knee shall bow” (Romans 14:11).

The Crossroads

The travelers reached a split in the road. One path glowed with the blood-red light of Calvary; the other pulsed with the rainbow’s fading hues.

A voice cried: “Choose this day whom you will serve” (Joshua 24:15). My rainbow-a sign of mercy, not pride-points to Christ. His blood alone can cleanse you. All else leads to eternal separation from Me.

Some tore their banners and ran toward the cross. Others scoffed, clinging to their colors until the earth swallowed them whole (Numbers 16:32-33).

“For you were bought with a price. Glorify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:20)
